Non Personalised Products
Please return an unwanted item within 14 days from the time you received it.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be packed in it’s original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed.
If we have made a mistake with your personalisation, please contact us and we will arrange with you to have the parcel collected by our Courier. The item will be returned to us and we will send out the correct order as quickly as we can. Your item will be given priority and there will be no cost to you.
If the mistake in the personalisation is yours, we would ask you to return the item to us and ensure the item is well protected, preferably in the packaging as sent out. We would ask that you send via a Courier that will take care of the parcel. We do not use Royal Mail for one reason and another – although Parcelforce is excellent and we would recommend them – they can book it in at a Post Office. Unfortunately we are unable to refund your postage in this instance and we would send you an invoice for the parcel to be re-sent.
Regretfully, we are not able to accept returns of personalised products if you have changed your mind.
We do inspect our boxes and take pictures prior to despatch although occasionally we miss something. If you are not happy with your finished box, please send us some images of the issue or give us a ring and we will do our best to resolve it. Our aim is keep all our customers happy and, anyway, we want you to come back for another box!
