How much do we charge for delivery? (All our boxes weigh more than 2kg and we are unable to use Royal Mail hence the higher price for delivery and packing (packed in double wall boxes ~ pine boxes packed with polystyrene corners, others with foam)

USA – We love to supply our US customers and use UPS who we find to be extremely reliable and careful with our boxes. Shipping Costs for the US are based on weight and Zip Code. If you would like us to quote you please contact us with details of the keepsake box and extras and we can quote you based on the weight and size of the parcel.
We also are happy to supply our boxes to Europe although the delivery prices differ so much we will have to quote you direct prior to ordering for any Countries not listed.
Our Courier is Parcelforce for all UK parcels and Europe as we have found them to be excellent and they look after our deliveries and also deliver on time. Depending on your UK postcode we tend to use Express 24 for next day delivery, once the box is ready for despatch and Euro Business for EU deliveries. A tracking number will be sent to a mobile number or, if no mobile number has been registered, to the email address used when ordering your box. Parcelforce DO need a signature although we can add a ‘Special Instruction’ if required.
For all Countries not listed in our Checkout page, please contact us direct with the delivery address and we will quote you for shipping based on the weight of your chosen box.
We use Royal Mail for smaller items ie: small boxes and any items that are suitable to be sent with this postage service.
All keepsake and memory boxes are packaged in double-wall cardboard boxes with full padding – parcels to Europe and the Painted XL Boxes are packing with polystyrene corners for additional protection.
How long does delivery take?
Lead times for our boxes depend on the box ordered. If you need your box by a particular date, please add this to the personalisation text boxes when ordering so we know the deadline for despatch.
For our painted boxes sized: (33x25x15cm – NO LONGER AVAILABLE) 35x27x17cm please allow up to 10 working days although we do keep certain embellishments in stock ready to despatch urgent orders ie: large heart, small hearts etc. If you need your box urgently, please contact us on the website or contact us on 01905 771571 and we can give it priority.
For Sizes: 35cm x 30cm x 18cm and 40cm x 30cm x 25cm, lacquered natural and rustic pine boxes please allow up to 10 working days.
For our XL Painted Boxes Size: 40cm x 30cm x 25cm please allow 2 weeks as these are painted and finished in house.
For our Solid Oak Boxes please allow up to 10 days if you need a wood engraved nameplate or metal engraved message plate. If you do not need a nameplate or message plate we can despatch within 2-3 days.
It is always worth contacting us if you need a box really urgently and we can let you know which boxes can be sent out immediately via Parcelforce Express 24 or add the latest date you require your box in the text box when ordering.
How do I track my order and delivery status?
If your parcel has been despatched by Parcelforce and you have the Tracking ID please go to Parcelforce.com to track your parcel.
